At PawHootz Pet Resort, we’re fortunate to be surrounded by a multitude of furry friends. This month, we’re excited to introduce you to a special canine companion who thrives in the company of both us and his fellow canines. Please extend a warm round of applause to our August 2022 Pal of the Month: Spartacus! We had the pleasure of interviewing Spartacus’ humans to uncover what sets this pup apart.

Spartacus: The Life of the Party

Spartacus, also known as Spartacus, was born on June 25, 2016. He’s been an integral part of his family since he was just three months old. From the get-go, Spartacus exhibited a personality best described as “life of the party.” His favorite treats are Curly bully treats, and he’s particularly fond of toys that emit playful squeaks.

Spartacus: An Intelligent Communicator and PawHootz Enthusiast

One of Spartacus’ most endearing traits is his ability to communicate with his humans through a set of buttons at home. These buttons enable him to signal when he wants to go to bed, eat, or head outdoors—a remarkable display of his intelligence.

As for his love for PawHootz Pet Resort, Spartacus holds a special place in his heart for everyone at our facility, with a particular fondness for Wendi. Each day, when told he’s going to work at PawHootz, he eagerly consumes his breakfast and eagerly waits by the door, ready to embrace the day. Remarkably, despite having no femoral head, Spartacus continues to embody the spirit of a joyful and fun-loving dog, proving that resilience knows no bounds.
