PAWHOOTZ POSITIONS

Pet Caregiver/Counselor

Hurst, Tx

From $11 an hour

As an entry-level Pet Care Giver, you help us raise happy dogs and cats. This contributes to the overall success of our business! You will be involved in the basic duties of pet care, daily walks, cleaning, and playtime. You assist with a pet’s physical and mental exercise as well as group and individual play supervision. You keep the site clean and work with other team members well. You have fun and enjoy helping these animals every shift! It may sound like a lot but don’t worry, we will train the right person! – 1+ year animal care (preferred)

Sales and Marketing Assistant

Our sales and marketing team communicates the PawHootz experience with our clients through phone calls, tour reservations, event planning, and social media channels. You will be a part of the team and show your communication talents on the phone, writing posts and capturing photos to tell the PawHootz story. An in-depth training program is offered for your professional development, but some level of familiarity with sales and marketing is expected.

Pet Care Counselor (Resort Counselor)

Our pet caregivers must have an abundance of energy and loving compassion. Your day will be full of non-stop activities including cleaning dog and cat runs, providing food, water, and bedding, exercising individual animals, and supervising group play. An in-depth training program is offered for your professional development, but some level of experience with animals is expected.

Pet Bather (Grooming Technician)

Our dog and cat bathers must be gentle but thorough. Our services include brushing, nail trims and filing, anal gland expression, ear cleaning, de-matting, and general care and cleaning of the pet. Grooming salon cleaning and upkeep is also an important part of this role. An in-depth training program is offered for your professional development, but some level of familiarity with animals is expected.

Client Care Specialist

Our client’s first impression must greet clients with a smile, perform informative tours, set up detailed appointments, make calls to confirm and upgrade services and keep the lobby area neat and presentable. An in-depth training program is offered for your professional development, but some level of familiarity with client service is expected.
