Week 2: Howl-o-Ween Fetch Race (Oct 6-12)

A Spooky Fetch Challenge

The spooky fun continues in Week 2 with our Howl-o-Ween Fetch Race—an enrichment activity designed to test speed, focus, and fetching skills! We’re using Halloween-themed balls and plush toys shaped like pumpkins, bats, and ghosts. This isn’t just any game of fetch—it’s a race against time. Our playful pooches will compete to see how many spooky toys they can fetch in a set amount of time.

A Perfect Blend of Fun and Fitness

This game of SPOOKY fetch is an ideal mix of fun and competition. It provides a great outlet for the dogs to channel their energy. As they race back and forth, they get a cardiovascular workout that keeps them healthy and fit. The timed aspect of the enrichment activity encourages them to stay focused, building discipline while reinforcing commands like “fetch” and “bring it back.” Plus, the friendly competition adds excitement to the game!

Festive Fun for All

Our play area is decorated with spooky props like cobwebs, jack-o’-lanterns, and ghostly cutouts. This festive setting enhances the fun and keeps the dogs engaged with their surroundings. For our less competitive pups, it’s all about the joy of the chase, and every participant receives treats and praise for their efforts.

Fetch is a classic game, but our Howl-o-Ween Fetch Race takes it to the next level with festive fun, exercise, and socialization—all essential elements of our enrichment program. 👻🧡
