Our state-of-the-art facility is thoughtfully designed to cater to the unique needs of both dogs and cats, offering a range of play areas, boarding accommodations, and grooming services. With specialized spaces and personalized care, we ensure that every pet’s stay is as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. Play Areas

Our facility features five spacious outdoor play yards, four of which are shaded for comfort. Inside, our play yard is divided into three themed sections—Klimb Zone for agility, Chill Zone for mental relaxation, and Fit Paws Zone for core strength exercises—designed to provide a stimulating and fun experience for our Palz Plan members.

Boarding Accommodations

We offer 80 boarding rooms, including six luxurious 8×8 suites. Room sizes are tailored to your dog’s size, from cozy 4×4 rooms for smaller dogs to spacious 4×6 rooms for larger breeds. Specialized rooms, such as our Elite Retreats for quieter boarding and Barkside Cottages or Tailwagging Cottages for snub-nosed breeds, ensure every dog’s comfort and safety.

Cat Boarding

Our newly designed cat room includes an outdoor catio where cats can safely enjoy supervised outdoor time. The room also features a cat tree and interactive games for enrichment during their stay.

Activities & Enrichment

We provide various play options, including group play sessions, buddy play for matched dogs, and one-on-one playschool sessions with a counselor. These activities are tailored to meet each dog’s personality and needs.

Grooming

Our state-of-the-art grooming facility offers the best in care. It has new spacious tubs and a shower area for larger dogs. Our grooming team’s expertise and gentle approach ensure that every grooming session is a positive experience.
