The Rottweiler with a Big Personality

Honey, or as her family calls her “Honey Buns” and “Bunny Bear,” is a two-year-old Rottweiler who’s as strong-willed as she is loving. Born on August 20th, Honey celebrates each birthday with treats, toys, and plenty of attention! She joined her family at just 8 weeks old after her human mom flew all the way to Tampa to bring her home. Honey’s bold personality was evident from day one—she was the biggest puppy in her litter, with a mind all her own.

🎂 Celebrating Honey’s Birthday and Special Moments

Each August, Honey’s family goes all out for her birthday. She’s spoiled with her favorite treats, a doggy cake, and thoughtful presents that make her tail wag like crazy. Special days at PawHootz Pet Resort are just as exciting for Honey, and her birthday celebrations highlight how much she’s cherished by her family.

🏠 Honey’s Journey to Her Forever Home

Honey is her family’s first dog, and it’s clear she was meant to be part of their pack. After two years of her human brother’s requests for a dog, Honey’s mom found the perfect opportunity with a coworker’s litter of Rottweilers. One flight to Tampa and a 12-hour airport delay later, Honey had her first adventure by her mom’s side. It was a memorable start to their journey together!

Her mornings start with cozy “hug” time on her human’s lap, and she takes every chance to remind her family of her “toll collection”—a belly rub request as they walk through the living room.
