special canine companion who loves spending time with us and her own canine companions.
Let’s give a warm round of a-paws to the November 2020 Pal of the Month: Katee! We
interviewed Ms. Katee’s humans to learn more about what makes this pup so special.
Q: Does Katee have any special nicknames?
A: Katee, Cuddle Bunny, Bunny Buns
Q: When is her birthday, and how do you celebrate it?
A: It’s a question mark between two dates a year and a half apart, so we celebrate every day.
Q: How did Katee become a member of your family?
A: A friend who volunteers with Trinity Gap Rescue called me about this dog she’d like me to meet. She came to visit on a trial basis and stayed.
Q: How old was she when she joined your family?
A: 1 1/2 – 2 years
Q: How would you describe Katee’s personality in five words?
A: Smart, funny, cuddly, playful, pushy
Q: What is her favorite food, treat, toy or other thing?
A: pumpkin, ball, stuffed red fox baby
Q: What is the cutest, smartest or most interesting thing Katee does?
A: She knows the two days during the week that I go to some friends’ house. She jumps on the bed and waits on her pumpkin-stuffed Kong toy. If I don’t hurry, she stands in the hallway waiting on me.
Q: What is her favorite thing about PawHootz Pet Resort?
A: The staff definitely, and she gets to be active.
